Common questions

How do I create a report?

Tap "New Job" on the Jobs screen to create a new job. Fill in your job and customer details, then switch to the Photos tab to capture or import photos. When ready, switch to the Report tab to preview your report, then tap "PDF" to generate and share it.

Where are my reports stored?

All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud. Your photos and reports stay on your phone or tablet unless you explicitly share them.

Can I use this on multiple devices?

Field Photo Report stores data locally on each device. There is no cloud sync between devices in the current version.

How do I add my company logo to reports?

Go to Settings and tap the logo area to choose an image from your photo library. Your logo will appear on all generated reports.

How much does it cost?

Field Photo Report is free to download. PDF report generation is unlocked with a one-time purchase of $9.99. There is no subscription.

How do I delete a job?

Open the job and tap "Delete Job" at the bottom of the Details tab. Deleting a job permanently removes all associated photos and reports from your device.

I purchased the unlock but it's not working

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." If you still need help, contact us at dev@spiritlogic.dev.
