Common questions

How do I create a report?

Tap the + button on the Jobs screen to create a new job. Add your site and customer details, then capture or import photos. When ready, tap "Generate Report" to create a PDF you can share immediately.

Where are my reports stored?

All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud. Your photos and reports stay on your phone or tablet unless you explicitly share them.

Can I use this on multiple devices?

Field Photo Report stores data locally on each device. There is no cloud sync between devices in the current version.

How do I add my company logo to reports?

Go to Settings and tap the logo area to choose an image from your photo library. Your logo will appear on all generated reports.

What happens after 3 reports?

You can generate 3 full reports for free. After that, a one-time purchase of $9.99 unlocks unlimited report generation. There is no subscription.

How do I delete a job?

Swipe left on any job in the job list, or open the job and use the delete option. Deleting a job permanently removes all associated photos and reports from your device.

I purchased the unlock but it's not working

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." If you still need help, contact us at dev@spiritlogic.dev.
