Field Photo Report is built by Spirit Logic LLC. This policy explains how the app handles your data.

What data the app accesses

Field Photo Report accesses your device camera and photo library to let you capture and import photos for job reports. The app also stores job details, photos, and generated PDF reports on your device.

Where your data is stored

All data is stored locally on your device. Field Photo Report does not have a server, does not transmit your data over the internet, and does not use cloud storage. Your photos, job records, and reports never leave your device unless you explicitly share or export them using your device's built-in sharing features.

Data we do not collect

In-app purchases

Field Photo Report offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock unlimited report generation. This transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Spirit Logic LLC does not receive or store your payment information.

Camera and photo library access

The app requests permission to access your camera to capture field photos for job reports. It requests photo library access to let you import existing photos and to save captured photos to your device library. These permissions are used solely for the features described and for no other purpose.

Data deletion

You can delete any job and its associated photos and reports at any time from within the app. Deleting a job permanently removes all related data from your device. You can also uninstall the app to remove all stored data.

Children's privacy

Field Photo Report is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version at this URL with an updated date.
